Al is the Sales Director at WelGard. When you’ve spent the lion’s share of your career with boots-on-the-ground, you know what it means to develop mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships. Al is pragmatic, leaving no detail unpolished.

Steve is our Manager of Marketing. He brings a blend of discipline, instinct, and entrepreneurial vision to WelGard. Steve has done more than lead our team; he adds insight, strategy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. His approach to Members is practical and focused.
Steve's guidance and thoughtful thinking are to the betterment of WelGard.

Phil is an idea man who's always thinking about how to improve the customer experience for WelGard. He wants to let the world know how awesome and affordable a WelGard Well Warranty really is. Add to that Phil’s truly unique grasp of numbers, models, and metrics and you’ve got someone who is always mindful of getting our clients the most for their money.

Heeth is WelGard's librarian, curator, and custodian of our “intellectual property”. His curiosity and problem-solving skills make him perfect for producing video and written content; insisting that our external-facing messaging is focused and robust. Heeth is the quintessential “word-smith” who usually has a better way to say it, whether in a blog, social media, on in our printed material.

Lisa is WelGard's Operations Manager. She can be found on the phone with a Member, working a spreadsheet, and making suggestions for improvements all before her morning coffee. Lisa is a combination of organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and business creativity. She is equally comforting.
