Gary is one of WelGard’s founders and the heart behind much of what we do. His mission has always been simple: add real value to people’s lives every single day. With decades of experience and a deep understanding of well systems, Gary brings unmatched knowledge, compassion, and problem-solving skills to our Members. His dedication runs so deep that when a Member is facing a water emergency, he’s often the one who picks up the phone - day or night.

Gary’s commitment, leadership, and steady presence are a big part of what makes WelGard the trusted, reliable partner it is today.

Hey, I'm AL!

Al is the Sales Director at WelGard. When you’ve spent the lion’s share of your career with boots-on-the-ground, you know what it means to develop mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships. Al is pragmatic, leaving no detail unpolished.

That you can count on Al to make sure opperations are smooth-sailing make him a leader WelGard is lucky to have.

Steve is our Manager of Marketing. He brings a blend of discipline, instinct, and entrepreneurial vision to WelGard. Steve has done more than lead our team; he adds insight, strategy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. His approach to Members is practical and focused.

Steve's guidance and thoughtful thinking are to the betterment of WelGard.

Phil is an idea man who's always thinking about how to improve the customer experience for WelGard. He wants to let the world know how awesome and affordable a WelGard Well Warranty really is. Add to that Phil’s truly unique grasp of numbers, models, and metrics and you’ve got someone who is always mindful of getting our clients the most for their money.

Hey, I'm Heeth!

Heeth is WelGard's librarian, curator, and custodian of our “intellectual property”. His curiosity and problem-solving skills make him perfect for producing video and written content; insisting that our external-facing messaging is focused and robust. Heeth is the quintessential “word-smith” who usually has a better way to say it, whether in a blog, social media, on in our printed material. 

Heeth is a great representative of WelGard's message.

Hey, I'm Lisa!

Lisa is WelGard's Operations Manager. She can be found on the phone with a Member, working a spreadsheet, and making suggestions for improvements all before her morning coffee. Lisa is a combination of organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and business creativity. She is equally comforting.  

We enjoy Lisa’s personality and consider her a vital member of the WelGard family.

Shannon is most pleased with developing an improved process that results in a seamless and remarkable Member Experience. While you may never speak with Shannon, you can guarantee her creativity and endless perseverance has contributed to to both process design and technology projects at WelGard.
